I decided to join because I believe in the values of Bikeology. Jimmy has a passion about bikes and wanting people to succeed in their chosen discipline. Everyone needs a good foundation to start and I believe Bikeology is just that.
Its fun! The dust, the bikes, the angles, that perfect run, sunday shuttles with your mates, new bikes, race season, the training. It all adds up. I do it because it makes me happy.
Kenilworth.
Technical lines. Being able to ride fast through gnarl and maintain some semblence of control.
Worst blunder would have to be when my right foot slipped off my pedal before a 6 metre gap and landng on my head resulting in a broken neck.
I will be doing trail riding starting this December because I won't be able to do downhill for 12 months.
To heal and to come back stronger than before my crash. Looking forward to Masters class.
5th at T-bar in vets. Might have been better because I caught the guy in front of me. And surviving my broken neck. That's pretty good too.
Local and regional tennis when growing up.
Yes I am. Helping others in your team achieve their goals strengthens the team.
Those atheletes who raise the bar either with their ridiculous speed ( Sam Hill), determination ( Steve Peat), consistency ( Greg Minnar) and strength ( Lance Armstrong). These people don't have to be famous either. I find inspiration in my mates too. Jimmy, Trent, Udi, Stephen, Steph and Doggy. These guys love bikes and are passionate about riding its hard not to be inspired when I'm with them.
